Have Supper With a Revolutionary Soldier |

Ed Deaton, an expert on the Battle of Guilford Courthouse, will discuss the importance of this event at College Place's Wonderful Wednesday Meal on March 12 at 6:00pm. He will come dressed in the uniform of a Revolutionary soldier and will show how weapons were used. At one time, Ed was the Director of Tannenbaum Park, Greensboro's 18th century historical park. This program comes in the week of the anniversary of the battle and in the year of Greensboro's Bicentennial. All are welcome to the meal and to the program in the church's Fellowship Hall. |
