Christmas Eve Candlelight Service |
On December 24, we will have a joyful and informal Communion Service for the whole family. Worship will start at 6:30 and will include congregational singing, special music, and a telling of the Christmas story by Rev. Herin. He and Rev. Smith will serve the Lord’s Supper at the altar rail, and the service will end in a circle of light as we share the light of Christ.
This year, we will receive a Love Offering for UMCOR, the Methodist relief agency that responds immediately to disasters in all parts of the world and also works in many countries on an ongoing basis to help alleviate hunger and homelessness. Make checks to College Place UMC, and mark your check or envelope for “UMCOR.”
