Pastor - Byron Alexander |
 Reverend Byron Alexander became pastor of College Place in July of 2010. He and his wife Jana are natives of Charlotte, North Carolina, and they have two teenagers. Byron received his Bachelor of Arts from Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, and his Master of Divinity from Duke University. He has been serving as a full time pastor in the United Methodist Church since 1994. He brings many life experiences to his ministry, ranging from having played collegiate soccer to serving in the U.S. Army. He has a love for mission work, and has traveled to Costa Rica, Sierra Leone, and various US locations. Through his Biblical teaching style of preaching Byron seeks to bring people to a closer walk with Christ in their daily living by making the Bible relevant to our culture. |
