Director of Youth Ministries - Valerie Wooten |
 Valerie graduated from UNCG in 2009 with a BS in Exercise and Sport Science. While being active in the youth group at her home church in Spencer, she also attended and worked at United Methodist Camp Tekoa for 12 years. While at UNCG, Valerie was very active in the Wesley-Luther Campus Ministry and served on the leadership team for 3 years. She has been attending College Place since 2005 and has been involved with Reflections as well as with starting the WOW Sunday School class for college students. Valerie is working with the UMYouth of the church to help them develop and grow in their spiritual journey.
Valerie sees working with the youth as a great way to give back to the church for what they have done for her for the past 4 years. |
